Owner's Medical Emergency

you are rushed into hospital, under ‘medical
emergency’ conditions? Then you might be
interested in Pals4Pets Alert which is
being piloted in London.There can be few more traumatic situations than being driven off in an ambulance and having to leave your pet or pets not knowing when you will return, and without having time to make arrangements for their welfare. Pals4Pets Alert is designed to respond to such a situation to give you assurance that the immediate needs of your pet or pets will be taken care of. Alert will provide peace of mind to people who live on their own, but will also appeal to those with partners and families.
Cover and Cost
The cost of the service is £99.99 including VAT for one call out during a 12-month period. The price covers a pre-visit to your home, safe holding of your house-keys, access to a 24-hour helpline, a visit to your home within three hours of the call to settle the pet or pets and up to eight hours during which the welfare of your pet or pets will be responded to and monitored. If you have to remain in hospital, contact will be made with a nominated friend or relative to hand over responsibility. Alternatively you will have the option to purchase ongoing care.
